- Diluluskan dalam Mesyuarat Agung Perwakilan Tahunan ke-61 (17Ogos 2024)
- Caruman minima: RM20.00 (RM10.00 setiap pelan, ditolak daripada dividen tahunan)
Pelan 1: Insurans Kemalangan Diri Berkumpulan (The Pacific Insurance Bhd)
Faedah Utama:
- Kematian akibat kemalangan: RM10,000.00
- Hilang upaya kekal: RM10,000.00
- Elaun hospital (kemalangan/penyakit): RM25/hari (maksimum 30 hari)
- Khairat kematian (kemalangan): RM1,500.00
- Kelayakan: Umur 18 – 81 tahun
Semua anggota yang berumur 81 tahun ke bawah adalah layak untuk Pelan 1 yang melindungi insurans kemalangan.
Pelan 2: Khairat Kematian Biasa & Penyakit Kritikal
Faedah Utama:
- Khairat kematian biasa: RM1,500.00
- Penyakit Kritikal (sekali bayar): RM1,000.00
- Penyakit Kritikal Dilindungi:
- Strok
- Kanser (semua kategori)
- Sakit jantung, paru-paru, pintasan arteri, pembedahan injap
- Kegagalan buah pinggang (dialysis)
- Penyakit Kritikal Dilindungi:
Semua anggota Koperasi MCIS Berhad layak untuk Pelan 2, tertakluk kepada keputusan Lembaga Koperasi MCIS Berhad.
Fasa ll
- Aimed at safeguarding the welfare of members and their families.
- Approved at the 61st Annual General Meeting (17 August 2024)
- Minimum contribution: RM20.00 (RM10.00 each plan, deducted from yearly dividends)
Plan 1: Group Personal Accident Insurance (The Pacific Insurance Bhd)
Main Benefits:
- Accidental death: RM10,000.00
- Permanent disability: RM10,000.00
- Hospital allowance (accident/illness): RM25 per day (maximum 30 days)
- Death benefit (accident): RM1,500.00
- Eligibility: Ages 18–81
All members aged 81 and below are eligible for Plan 1, which provides personal accident insurance coverage.
Plan 2: Natural Death Benefit & Critical Illness
Main Benefits:
- Natural death benefit: RM1,500.00
- Critical illness (one-time pay-out): RM1,000.00
- Covered Critical Illnesses:
- Stroke
- Cancer (all categories)
- Heart disease, lung disease, arterial bypass, valve surgery
- Kidney failure (dialysis)
- Covered Critical Illnesses:
All members of Koperasi MCIS Berhad are eligible for Plan 2, subject to the approval of the Board of Koperasi MCIS Berhad.
Academic Contribution (CSR)
YEARLY CONTRIBUTION FOR CHILDREN OF MEMBERS WHO ACHIEVED EXCELLENT RESULTS IN THE SIJIL PELAJARAN MALAYSIA (SPM), SIJIL TINGGI PELAJARAN MALAYSIA (STPM), A’LEVEL AND MATRICULATION EXAMINATIONS.
Koperasi MCIS Berhad, in collaboration with MCIS Life, is giving recognition for the academic achievements of the children of cooperative members at the Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) level with examination results of 7As and above, as for the Malaysian Higher School Certificate (STPM), A’Level, and Matriculation levels with results of 3As and above in yearly examinations.
Application forms can be downloaded and returned together with the certified certificate or examination result slip for SPM/STPM/A’LEVEL/MATRICULATION, a copy of the identity card, and a copy of the birth certificate certified by the School Principal to the email koperasi.mcis@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +60116-558 6414

Sumbangan Akademik (CSR)
SUMBANGAN KEPADA ANAK ANGGOTA YANG MENCAPAI KEPUTUSAN CEMERLANG DALAM PEPERIKSAAN SIJIL PELAJARAN MALAYSIA (SPM), SIJIL TINGGI PELAJARAN MALAYSIA (STPM), A’LEVEL DAN MATRIKULASI SETIAP TAHUN.
Koperasi MCIS Berhad bersama dengan MCIS Life memberikan pengiktirafan pencapaian akademik anak-anak anggota Koperasi pada tahap Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) dengan keputusan peperiksaan mencapai 7A dan keatas, Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM), A’Level dan Matrikulasi pula tahap pencapaian adalah 3A dan keatas dalam peperiksaan tahunan.
Borang pemohonan boleh di ‘download’ dan dikembalikan bersama-sama sijil atau slip keputusan peperiksaan SPM/STPM/A’LEVEL/MATRIKULASI, salinan kad pengenalan dan salinan surat beranak yang disahkan oleh Pengetua Sekolah ke email koperasi.mcis@gmail.com atau di- “WhatsApp” ke +60116-558 6414
